My jaaxy is back!

After being unable to check rankings of my indexed blog posts on Google, today Support updated Jaaxy! Whooo!

I have literly been checking everything I possibly could to see if I got "Google Slapped" somewhere! I had nothing but dashes on all my page rankings, and yet I could search them and their they were. Even posts I had in the #1 spot on page #1 were just returning a dash in Jaaxy! Some had started showing dashes in early September!

So, if anyone had a problem checking their rankings, Jaaxy should work just fine now!

I don't know about you, but it is not a nice feeling seeing all your posts "unranked" in Jaaxy.

All is good now thanks to Site Support!

Yes, we rolled out some algorithmic updates today for the SiteRank platform in Jaaxy and it should have resolved any issues if your rankings not showing up.

Yes it did, but I had to do it manually. I am sure it will kick in now in the next few days.
My worry was I got "Google Slapped" and was looking everywhere for any bad reports to explain it!
It's a relief that is was just a snafu that is cleared up now.

Nothing have change in my Jaaxy about it. All Google ranking is out.

Great, but bad at the same time, to see that more people than I have been in problem with it. But nothing has changed in my Jaaxy, Google is still out!
And like you said, it is not a good feeling.

Hi Johann,
Mine was still showing dashes today. I had to go through and search each one manually to get the rankings to show up.
Some are still not displaying, but I think that will clear in in the next few days as the software algorithm "learns" and picks up the searches.
Try some manual update searches, and see if that helps.

I use another software too to see it. Luckily. Because doing it manually with 250 keywords is to much.
But in same time it is very bad to not have the possibility to get contact with technical staff about it is just bad.

Yes, Support at WA is Top Notch. I think they were busy with all the new stuff they are working on for the platform.
