I can log on using a new password at wordpress. I have to enter it each time but it seems to be working. Is that acceptable?
Sure! Sometimes WordPress remembers you and sometimes it doesn't. Just keep your password nearby if you can't remember it. Good Luck!

password was changed by mistake, how do I correct it?
If you changed your admin password just send a ticket to support and have them reset it for you
thanks, another stupid question is how do I send this to support. I sent a notification, but am using another password. i would like to keep it as it was initially. I have to go to work now but will check it out tomorrow. Thank you.
Go to "build my website" (don't login) and there should be a tab where you send a ticket to support there.

If you changed password when you added user , then you must login in thru build a website and log in on your WEBSITE URL . NOT THE LOG IN BUTTON.. then enter info, Remember me button. You must log in this way every time, except enter info.

I've had one WordPress site for a couple of years and ti NEVER remembers me. I can check "Remember me" until the cows come home. It won't. I have others that I just go to any time with no log-in. I had a WP expert look at it and he couldn't figure it out either. For that one, I just had to learn my log-in info. Good Luck!
