Is this a WA blog or a blog on your website? If it is a WA blog, click on the pencil icon above and then click on Blog at WA, as if you were going to write a new blog.
When the blogging screen opens, at the top right you will see a button that says Draft with a blue circle and a number 1. Click on that button and the title of your unfinished blog will appear.

I get these posts but when I try to make a review, this is what says;
We're sorry, too many of your previous comments have been reported as spam, being inappropriate, or low

This is something new that has just been implemented when
a website owner requests site comments and they fall in the
interest you have checked off you will get an email notification
but as long as you are banned you will not be able to leave any
comments until your ban is lifted. You can just file these emails
until your ban is lifted they will continue to come no matter if
your banned or not :(

Hey, you have mistaken between Site comment and Site feedback. You cannot give feedback on a post that request for comment and vise verse. Comments for SEO - Give and take comments using Wealthy Affiliate

It is not compulsory to input Mobile App URL. Just enter the portion of your Website URL. I have done that severally.
many people have a version of their website as an app. that is when you need that. You don't need to input Mobile App URL when you don't have one.
Please try that and revert.

I think most, if not all , websites nowadays are responsive - meaning it can be accessed through mobile devices, be it tablet, smartphones.
So if you know that your site is responsive, just enter the same url for both, desktop and mobile.
