Where do I go from here!

My journey this past Two weeks has been a ride, an eventful and wonderful excursion that has certainly had its ups and downs.

Not to be compared directly, but to some extent, my journey into affiliate marketing had come with ups and downs.

I have the tools...probably too many tools, as if there is such a thing, grin, (all the shiny people shook their heads No!...).

What I don't have is the order for which all of these tools be laid out to work properly.

And so I stumble...

Oh, sure, I have the knowledge and in that knowledge I have the experience. I can tell you what needs to be done, yet for some reason, I cannot follow my own directions.

I get lost, overwhelmed and confused. Then I get angry because I'm obviously complicating such a simple design or else NOBODY could do this...

I did some work on one of my sites that was very productive. Yet, I have not been able to continue from that point. LITERALLY. I cannot seem to even repeat the same steps I took to replicate the page (product page). So I get frustrated.

Then I read about the successes of Roy, and Cassi and Hilde and Lisa and, the list goes on ad nauseum...

My life's journey has taken me to many places and circumstances that provide the skills needed to be successful at online marketing, yet, I have hit a road block for or from which I cannot see a way around it...

Let me end with this:

Mt Shasta, March 28, 2021. 7:30pm (PDT).

1Rudy1, you go this!! Sometime you just have to step back and analyze your path. Try something different like writing your daily activities out, so you will have a daily visual of what you're doing. I'm sure it will come to you on what action you can take to turn things around for the better.

Keep your head up and know you can do this!

Best wishes,
MrTT

Thanks, much appreciated!

I feel that Dan (@baughsten) said what I would have said, He gives you wise advice.
I could only add that I have been here for more than 3 years.
It hasn't gone as I expected but the hope is still there.
My fault is that I don't use that my limited time available wisely.
I do love to read all the blogs especially the ones that encourage us to keep moving forward.
I love the positive can-do attitude that so many share in their writings.
I have never been part of a more positive and helpful community.
So being a part of this community helps every area of my life.
There have been many ups and downs.
Right now my health problems need to take first place in my life but I have not given up.
There is always hope unless you give up.
Blessings
Ray

Thanks, Ray.
Yes, I havent always done what is needed, yet expect results anyway.
That is changing, one thing at a time.
Here's to hoping your health improves so that you can enjoy life as it is meant to be for you and yours.

Rudy

I know how you feel. I've had the same eperience many many times since I began with WA in Nov 2019.

I think it is just part of the territory.

As Jeff says, take a deep breath. and keep at it.

But also take a break.

The brain needs rest much like muscles when you press yourself.

Giving yourself some space between work spurts is a good way to keep the saw sharp.

You can't cut wood with a dull blade.

Well, I guess you can try, but....Well, you know....

Good luck and keep chugging along....

This is a marathon, not a sprint.

Dan

Thanks Dan!
Yeah, sharp is better, especially when cutting wood...grin.

Rudy my friend - You are not alone. I feel like that too now and then. Believe it or not.
But promise me one thing. Do not compare to others. Be you.
I know you have the power to do anything you set your mind to. I know You are very clever .

Make it easy for yourself Rudy - Allow yourself to Feel happy and enjoy the journey. Focus on what you want to accomplish and not on what you do not have right now or everyone else have. What you focus on grows you know.

Start doing 1 task every day and add more if you can. I always make a plan, but life often get in the way and I need to adjust.

Go now and climb that mountain Rudy!

Thanks, Hilde!
I can do one task...grin.

Yes , that is the spirit! :) No more grinning, Ok? Put on the Happy song with pharrel Williams and make a little happy dance . Use to work well for me. :) My little secret tips for you to get you smiling again.

My grin is my smile...grin. Thanks, Hilde!

Hi Rudy, you most certainly are describing me! I stumble, slow down then press my way through to the next lesson; then I start all over and stumble through again.
Key here: stumble but don't stop, take a break and keep moving which I'm sure you're doing. We're in good hands here if we just don't quit! I'm encouraged because it happens to us all.

Yeah, my shins are scuffed, grin, but I still get up...sometimes the movement forward feels like I'm in quicksand, other times gliding slick over glass...

Quit is a (bad) 4-letter word...grin!
