If not Amazon, where do you shop online?

QUESTION FOR YOU ALL....
Not shouting, its a call out...grin.

Recently, there has been discussion of those who do not use Amazon.

Im curious as to where do you so YOUR online shopping?

Personally, I tend to go direct whenever possible. Of course, many products are NOT made in the US anymore, and I try to keep it local when I can.

Through the years, I havw bexome more and more disappointed at the level of greed rising yet the perks and levels of customer service to both customers and sellers alike, has dropped to nothing.

Amazon is convenient...oh wait. Used to be.

Sure, you can order things and the delivery is prompt, yet, they no longer schlep the products themselves, outsourcing to the USPS, and often times your delivery is delayed, or in my case, not delivered at all because my mail person stopped pulling into my driveway (an easy manuever for the mail truck, with a tight turning radius). But that is another story...

Anyway, where do you shop if not using big A?

Do you shop at a different online store?

Share your thoughts, ideas and anything else that you would like us to know.

I buy things through Walmart.com. They have many things from other sellers, not just what can be found at Walmart.

Thats true, they do. Thanks!

Rudy

I use Amazon once in a while only when local stores are out of items I need.

Amazon always have the products I need.

I shop mostly from Instacart with local shoppers and delivery. I also buy from Target.

All shopping done online.

I don't go in person due to health covid still high in my area. I can’t carry a lot of products on my heavy duty wheelchair.

I will order bulk stuff from Target online then my friend who lives nearby will pick it up for me then drop it off to my assisted living facility. The staff will bring it to my unit.

We’ve been on a covid lockdown since Dec everybody getting sick and positive cases but numbers going down.

I’ve been negative so far. I used to shop at Walmart but Target is closer to my friends house.

Honestly Rudy.. I have never been a big fan of shopping online!

If I can't see and inspect the product before buying I don't!

I'm all for supporting local businesses in the area, especially when it comes to food... I really don't understand people who do their grocery shopping online.. if I want fresh food I MUST see it up close before purchasing, otherwise who knows what the quality will be like when it arrives!!

As for Amazon... no comment!!

Absolutely! When it comes to grocery shopping, i feel the same way! Although there are some local organic farms that will deliver, I must see what Im getting first.

Online, there are some rhings I will buy only because I cannot get them locally.

I prefer to buy in person, yet according to my online history, I've ordered online out of convenience instead of going in person. That is stopped, now.

Rudy

Happy to hear that that practice has stopped my friend!!

Being in a major City.. there is very little I can't buy here in person.. if I can't see it... I won't buy it!

Hey, if you were disabled, in a wheelchair, house bound, and have a bunch of health issues maybe you will understand what it is like not being able to go anywhere to shop at favorite stores. You will be stuck, the only way would be to order online or depend on your friends and family to help. Think about that.
