I do not drink soft drinks very often. They are unhealthy if consumed in abundance. But, I do enjoy a beastly cold Coke, from time to time.

Whenever I reach for a soft drink, it is usually a Coke. I equate satisfying my thirst with drinking a beastly cold Coke.

That is the same alignment that you want to achieve as you build your online brand. When you write blog posts that help learning and understanding, you are building your brand with your visitors and they will be eager to refer you.

Case in point.

Simple Blog Post, Jaaxy Gem

I wrote a simple blog post outlining what Human Resource was about, in my opinion. It was posted on 13 January 2021 and indexed by Google a few days later.

Admittedly, it was one of those Jaaxy gems, as I call them.

QSR - 0, SEO - 90 and a bunch of traffic!

It is not a long or detailed article (1,767 words) as it was written with the intent to assist newcomers to the field of Human Resource.

I have noticed from Google Analytics, however, that in the last couple of weeks, it has been receiving a spike in visitors.

Organic Comments

This morning, I awoke to this comment about the article:

It is a great way to start my day and confirmation that what we are being taught works.

This is my professional development website and will soon be home to my range of e-books and other digital products to support professional and personal development.

As Isaac shared earlier:

"To succeed in affiliate marketing, you MUST create high-value content and put your reader's interests first."

Keep building quality content!

I don't drink coke either Cassi and your advice is great and to the point. Coca cola has a simple brand that attracts and they put their users first and we need to do the same.

I read today something on similar lines. Thank you Cassie for sharing your thoughts on building out brand.

You are very welcome, Yvonne.

Coke is a brand that I have admired over the years.
Everything from their ads, to their jingles and promotions.

Great stuff.

Hey Cassi
You picked a real gem there. It is probably because everyone usually talks about the field of human resources - except people who are new to the field and type in "human resource" in the singular. Really taking the time to try to get inside the heads of people typing phrases into search engines can pay off like this.

I frequently find great keyword phrases with high regular traffic and zero competition and even though they are not grammatically correct I wonder whether we couldn't sort of make them correct by using the words in the title, and then starting the article with something like this:

"Did you just type fast solve my debt problem now into a search engine? Well, you've come to the right place . . . etc"

Such an approach could work with just about any jumble of loosely connected words that someone might type into a search engine.

I am almost tempted to try it.
Best regards
Andy

Andy, you are the only one, so far, to pick up on what I did!!
Yippeeeee!!!
You are spot on!

Most newbies type in 'human resource' on the go.
Actually, that is how we search, truncating words and sentences.

I have been trying it and it works.
Give it a go I say!!

I intend to maximise this discovery.

Great eyes there!
Cassi

Hi Cassi
I think this is what comes of spending hours looking for such gem keyword phrases. I know I will frequently type search terms that don't make grammatical sense, so why wouldn't my target audience be doing the same thing. Seems logical.
This is going to be fun!
Best regards
Andy

Sprite is not as Crisp and Clean as Water

Over the last few years, I have cut out soft drinks almost completely. There have been times when I really want a coke. Yesterday, at the drive thru I asked for a cup of water and got a large Sprite. It was the first sip of a soft drink in months. I threw it out.

Healthy Living through what you eat and drink seems to be a big topic. It has certainly helped my personal development these last few months.

Agreed the choices we make in terms of what we put into our body

I am in full agreement, Rich.

A soft drink is like a delicacy in our home. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you for sharing.

Welcome Moeng

Yes, I think you do :-D. It is great to follow your journey and see what you do. It is like watching a "live webinar" with the blueprint of affiliate marketing as the webinar script.

Roy

I really do enjoy it, Roy.
